About automatics

We are a product engineering studio in Düsseldorf, Germany. Teams call us when the work has outgrown the tools around it: the same record typed into four systems, a report rebuilt by hand every Monday, two CRMs left over from an acquisition.

## What we build

Three things, usually in combination. Portals and internal tools people move through without a week of training. Data systems that give revenue, capacity, and pipeline one place to live. Agentic workflows that carry repetitive work end to end, with a person checking the output instead of typing it.

Everything lands in your accounts from the first week: your cloud, your data, your repositories. When the engagement ends you keep the running system, not a login to ours.

## How we work

We map how work moves through the business before anything gets built: where each record actually lives, who touches it, and what that costs in hours. The workflow map comes first, the software second.

You talk to whoever is building it, so decisions happen in days instead of steering meetings. We use no-code where it pays for itself and write software where it does not.

## Who we work with

Mostly legal-tech, business services, and e-commerce teams in Germany and the wider EU, at the size where volume only grows with headcount. Recent builds cut client onboarding from days to under an hour, doubled monthly volume on the same twelve-person team, and brought speed-to-lead down from hours to minutes.

Two decades of production systems sit behind the studio: products, platforms, and data pipelines.
